Website and company information
This website is operated by PANGEASOFT DIGITAL LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17504482. Our registered office is Suite 11285, 5 Brayford Square, London, United Kingdom, E1 0SG. Pangeasoft is our digital agency brand. This website provides service information and welcomes project enquiries. No online order, payment or binding service engagement is created by browsing the site or sending an enquiry.
Proposals and engagement
Services are intended for business clients. An engagement with PANGEASOFT DIGITAL LTD starts when the parties accept a written proposal or agreement. That document will identify the supplier and client, scope, deliverables, exclusions, fees, applicable taxes, currency, timeline and responsibilities. Project-specific terms take priority where they expressly differ from this general information.
Scope, feedback and changes
Delivery depends on the agreed scope and timely access to relevant content, systems and approvals. Client feedback and review responsibilities are set out in the proposal. Material changes to scope, fees or timing require written agreement before additional work begins. Delays caused by missing access, content or approvals may affect the schedule.
Fees, invoicing and payment
Fees and payment milestones are agreed in writing. The invoice will state the payment due date, currency and available payment instructions. Advertising budgets, platform fees, hosting, software subscriptions and other third-party charges are separate unless expressly included. The site currently has no live payment collection or automatic invoicing functionality.
Delivery and acceptance
The agreement sets out milestones, review periods, acceptance criteria and handover materials. Any post-delivery support or maintenance is limited to the scope that has been agreed. A request for ongoing support is not automatically included in a completed project.
Intellectual property and access
Ownership and permitted use of custom deliverables, source materials and accounts will be set out in the project agreement. Third-party software, stock assets, open-source components and platform services remain subject to their respective licences. Clients must have rights to the content and materials they supply.
Results and third-party platforms
SEO, advertising and social media outcomes depend on factors beyond the service provider’s control. No specific ranking, traffic, sales or revenue result is promised. Third-party platforms may change their features, policies or availability, and are governed by their own terms.
Cancellation, concerns and applicable rights
Cancellation and refunds are addressed in the project agreement and the cancellation and refund policy. Please raise delivery or billing concerns by email with the relevant project details. The project contract will specify its governing law and any applicable dispute arrangements. Nothing in these website terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
